Our main focus has been the development of insurance products for the uninsured and under-insured population. In this regard, SFS has assisted many franchise organizations. We have also developed Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO's), Third Party Administration organizations (TPA's) and worked with insurance companies to provide greater access for the uninsured and the underinsured. Tom Keenan
	Tom Keenan is a founding partner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Healthcare Initiatives, Inc. Mr. Keenan has more than 35 years of highly diverse insurance and health care management experience. In his careers as a consultant and health care executive, he has had the opportunity to “start-up” or operate/manage more than 30 HMO’s, PPO’s, TPA’s and Insurance Companies. His executive level experience allows him to provide clients with the strategic direction and market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition. Richard Fuchs
	Mr. Fuchs is President of Strategic Franchise Services, a marketing consulting company, developing health insurance products, for associations and companies. Mr. Fuchs began is business career with the Xerox Corporation as a sales representative and rapidly progressed thru such positions as sales manager, manager of Xerox Sales Training Centers, and Product Manager. In addition to his duties as President of Strategic Franchise Services, he also owns and operates Texas Business Leasing (TBL), an equipment leasing company. He has authored three national training programs that were used by major corporations, local, state and federal government agencies.
